The DVD's seem to be the same as the original CBC broadcasts.  I would be very interested to see how they compare with Acorn's treatment of the series on air.

This was the Acorn version. It wasn't CBC that edited it, it was Shaftsbury, and then they didn't bother adding it back in. 😡
