Apparently this was gleaned from a screen shot taken of the script on YB's Instagram earlier, but I cannot find the source now. Taken down perhaps?

Since it's officially out there that we'll have a cliffhanger...I managed to see filming in Cobourg on Tues. They were filming for both 1017 and 1018. I'm going to keep my mouth shut about what I saw but I knew William was in trouble. It really is a good news, bad news situation. Good news...yay there will be a season 11! Bad news...things are going to get shaken up and we'll have to wait for MONTHS to find out how it is resolved. Peter Mitchell was at The Derby last week and was asked point blank if there was going to be a S11. His response was "I don't think I can legally give you an answer to that." Probably true but he obviously knew the answer and HE is directing 1018! That man loves to mess with us.

I'm not worried about William even with a cliffhanger, they can't have MM without Murdoch. If it was one of the other characters at risk then I'd be a little more worried, but William is guaranteed to be safe if there is a S11. Which is seems is a definite.

I agree completely that it will be resolved...at the beginning of S11.

Given the title I would have to say it was professional and I'd prefer to see him in trouble professionally than injured to be honest. Even if W lost his job he could set up as a PI and it would still be Murdoch Mysteries!

Even if W lost his job he could set up as a PI and it would still be Murdoch Mysteries! He was in a lot of trouble at the end of S4, and that got resolved. If he's suspended it's not going to be for very long. I can only assume that he risks his career to help someone else. I guess we'll have to wait and see the circumstances in 10x18.

http://instagr.am/p/BNPyjTnglHT I have a bad memory so assuming everyone is correct in the comments it looks like they returned to the church that was used in Voices! I'm sure they're not related, but ooooh, foreboding! At least we know Julia's not going to die again...right? Still, I'm a bit worried about the Inspector.

Is he crying? Why? I think he only really cries over Julia, and if Julia is dead and he's been accused of killing her... Have they decided to make an homage to "The Fugitive".
